Where To Source Photos For Your Website Redesign

by | Jan 30, 2018 | Web Design

I don’t know about you but browsing through and selecting photos for a project (whether that be a mood board or a website redesign) is one of my favorite parts of the design process!

Beautiful imagery is one of the very first elements that will catch your eye when you visit a website. So having branded, high-quality photography to represent your company is so important in making a great first impression!

If you’re able to work with a photographer to create your own branded photos (that you can then use in your marketing too!)

I recommend working with a photographer to create your own branded photos for your website (and you can use them in your marketing materials too!).

But if you aren’t able to budget for a photoshoot just yet, don’t worry, there are a lot of great free stock photo websites out there today! And in this post, I want to share with you my favorites.

Unsplash is the largest photo library of high-resolution professional photos. And get this … it’s totally free. I know, right? Dreams do come true.

Creative Market

Creative Market is another great resource for photography. They also have a plethora of design assets from fonts, to templates, business card designs, and more!

If you’re looking for mouth-watering food photos then Foodiesfeed should be your first stop. Beautiful, high-resolution photos of foods of all kinds.

Pixabay is another great FREE photo resource. You’re also able to download the photos in whatever resolution you need which saves on hard drive space.
