As a biz owner myself, I value enthusiasm over experience. Why? Because a person who shows up enthusiastically to do the work with be persistent, operate from integrity and be motivated to learn from their mistakes and grow. They have a genuine desire to do the work, and do it well.
So the next time you hop on a sales call, send out a proposal or create marketing content, think about how you can communicate your enthusiasm for what you do and how you help your clients.
