Cut down on the back and forth what time works for you? emails when scheduling a meeting, and check out this time-saving tool that integrates with your calendar platform and automatically displayed available time slots. You can block off time blocks, make yourself available only certain days of the week, gather information before your meeting begins, and so much more with the custom options.

Loom

Doing a walkthrough, sharing a presentation, or giving feedback can be tricky when you’re not in the same room together. That’s why I love doing screen recordings to share exactly what I’m looking at and thinking about with a client as I’m walking them through their new website design. Loom is great when demonstrating something visual or when you want to record a how-to.

Zoom

You may have heard of Zoom as their platform has EXPLODED with millions of users on their platform using it to continue learning online, connect with family members, and run their business.

Price: Free with upgrades available. The free plan has a 40 minute meeting time cap.

Convertkit

Communicating with your audience is crucial when you aren’t able to physically connect in person and having an email list is one great way to do that. I’ve tried MailChimp and Aweber, and I gotta say that Convertkit has been the most effective email marketing software I’ve ever used. They make automation easy and their opt-in forms are beautiful and easy to customize.
